This residential project in Harrow involved replacing outdated single-glazed timber windows with modern uPVC units. The homeowners were looking for a long-lasting, energy-efficient solution that would improve warmth, security, and exterior appearance — all while keeping future maintenance to a minimum.

Our Solution

We supplied and installed A-rated uPVC windows with double glazing, multi-chambered frames, and secure multi-point locking. The new windows were finished in white internally and anthracite grey externally to complement the home’s traditional brick façade with a contemporary touch. All windows included trickle vents to ensure healthy airflow and reduce condensation build-up.

Installation Process

The installation was completed over one day. Our team carefully removed the old timber units and prepped each opening for the new frames. The uPVC windows were fitted with precision to ensure a perfect seal against draughts and moisture. Internal reveals were made good with clean plastering and trim work, and the entire property was left spotless upon completion.
