Installation Process

• Conducted precise laser measurement of all openings on the rear elevation
• Coordinated with the homeowners to confirm placement, configuration, and colour selection
• Removed old door and windows carefully to preserve surrounding brickwork and internal finishes
• Disposed of all waste materials responsibly
• Inspected and prepared the structural openings, lintels, and sills
• Installed steel reinforcement where required for the aluminium systems
• Lifted aluminium French door frame into position using precision packers
• Lifted aluminium window frames into position alongside the door
• Mechanically fixed all frames to the structure ensuring zero movement
• Hung both French door panels on stainless steel friction hinges
• Fitted double-glazed sealed units into the door and all windows
• Installed multi-point locking mechanism on the active door leaf and tested all locks
• Applied internal and external silicone seals for airtight, watertight finish
• Adjusted all hinges, handles, and locking mechanisms for smooth operation
• Completed thorough clean of all glass, frames, handles, and surrounding areas
