2. Detailed site survey – Our surveyor visits your property to take precise measurements, assess structural openings and note any access constraints. This ensures the manufactured product will fit perfectly.
3. Bespoke design and engineering – Using the survey data, we create detailed CAD drawings and specify the aluminium profiles, glazing units and finishes. We generate fabrication instructions for our factory floor.
4. Precision manufacturing – In our Watford factory, aluminium bars are cut, machined and assembled. Insulated glass units are sealed with the correct coatings and argon gas fill. Components are inspected at each stage.
5. Quality control – The completed roof is checked for dimensional accuracy, weld integrity, gasket seating and overall finish.
