Installation Process

• Conducted a detailed site survey with precision laser measurements of the entrance opening
• Coordinated with the build schedule to ensure timely installation
• Verified the structural opening was square, level, and to the correct dimensions
• Installed steel reinforcement lintel above the door opening where required
• Lifted the brown aluminium door frame into position using precision packers and laser levels
• Mechanically fixed the frame to the new masonry, ensuring zero movement
• Hung the door slab on heavy-duty stainless steel hinges
• Fitted the double-glazed sealed unit with decorative glazing panels into the door
• Installed the multi-point locking mechanism and tested all locks and keys
• Fitted the letter plate and matching hardware
