Homeowners in Orpington had recently completed a rear extension to their semi-detached house but left the opening unfinished. Installation Process

• Conducted precise laser measurement of the extension opening
• Checked structural lintel and floor levels for proper alignment
• Removed temporary boarding and prepared the opening
• Installed the bi-fold door frame using galvanised fixings and foam packers
• Hung each door panel and adjusted rollers for smooth folding action
• Fitted double-glazed sealed units into all panels
• Applied internal and external weather seals
• Tested locking mechanisms and folding operation multiple times
• Completed full site clean including glass, tracks, and surrounding areas
