Installation Process

• Conducted full site survey with precise measurements of all openings
• Removed existing uPVC windows carefully to preserve surrounding brickwork
• Disposed of all old frames and glass responsibly
• Checked and prepared lintels, reveals, and sills
• Lifted black aluminium frames into position using precision packers
• Mechanically fixed frames to the structure ensuring zero movement
• Spray-foamed all perimeter gaps and applied internal/external silicone seals
• Installed double-glazed sealed units into each frame
• Adjusted all tilt-and-turn mechanisms and hinges for smooth operation
• Completed thorough clean of glass, frames, and surrounding areas
