This residential project in Bushey involved replacing a full set of ageing timber-framed windows with modern, energy-efficient uPVC alternatives. The homeowners were looking for a low-maintenance solution that would enhance both the appearance and performance of their property, particularly in terms of insulation and security.

Our Solution

We recommended high-performance A-rated uPVC casement windows with multi-chambered profiles and double glazing to ensure excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. The windows were finished in white on the interior for a clean, bright look, and anthracite grey on the exterior to give the home a more contemporary style. All units included secure multi-point locking systems and trickle vents to support proper ventilation.

Installation Process

The installation was carried out over three days. Our team carefully removed the existing timber frames and prepared each opening for the new uPVC units. The windows were then installed with precision, sealed against draughts and moisture, and fully tested for functionality. Internal reveals and trims were finished to a high standard, and the site was cleaned thoroughly upon completion.
