A private homeowner in Watford wanted to replace outdated uPVC windows with a premium aluminium system that would offer improved insulation, enhanced security, and a sleek, modern appearance. The goal was to achieve a balance of style and performance while increasing the property’s overall value.
Our Solution
We recommended and installed Schüco aluminium casement windows, chosen for their slim sightlines, robust construction, and high energy efficiency. Each window was fitted with double glazing, multi-point locking for added security, and trickle vents for healthy ventilation. The frames were powder-coated in anthracite grey externally to modernise the property’s look, while the interior finish remained white for a clean, timeless appearance.
Installation Process
The installation was carried out over two days. Our team carefully removed the old uPVC units, prepared each opening, and installed the new Schüco windows with precise alignment and airtight sealing. Internal reveals were finished neatly, and the property was left clean and ready to enjoy.
