Project Overview
This commercial project involved upgrading the windows of a two-storey office building in Ruislip. The existing windows were outdated, inefficient, and offered poor insulation, resulting in high energy bills and an uncomfortable working environment. The client wanted a durable, professional-grade solution that would modernise the building’s appearance and improve performance year-round.
Our Solution
We installed Schüco aluminium casement windows throughout the property — a leading choice for commercial applications thanks to their durability, energy efficiency, and sleek aesthetics. The new windows featured high-performance double glazing, secure locking systems, and integrated ventilation to improve airflow. Frames were finished in anthracite grey (RAL 7016) externally to modernise the façade, with a clean white internal finish to suit the office interior.
Installation Process
The installation was completed over a four-day period, with minimal disruption to the business operations inside. Our team removed the existing windows section by section and installed the new Schüco units with precision and efficiency. Each window was sealed and aligned to meet commercial energy and safety standards. Upon completion, the site was fully cleaned, and all internal reveals were neatly finished.
