Installation Process

• Conducted precise laser measurement of the existing door opening
• Removed old sliding patio door carefully
• Disposed of all waste materials responsibly
• Inspected and prepared the structural opening, lintel, and sub-cill
• Installed steel reinforcement where required for the aluminium system
• Lifted aluminium sliding door frame into position using precision packers
• Mechanically fixed the frame to the structure ensuring zero movement
• Fitted the fixed glazed panel into position
• Hung the sliding door panel onto the roller mechanism
• Adjusted rollers for smooth, effortless sliding operation
• Fitted double-glazed sealed unit into the sliding panel
